Legal Information & Global Compliance

Aristo Search operates with a commitment to integrity, transparency, and the highest standards of professional conduct. Specifically, this page outlines our regulatory compliance, data protection protocols, and the terms governing our global recruitment services. Because we operate across multiple jurisdictions, we ensure our practices align with the European Union (GDPR), United States (CCPA), and other international legal frameworks.

1. Data Privacy & Protection (GDPR & CCPA)

Data privacy is at the core of our executive search process. Consequently, we have implemented rigorous security measures to protect the personal information of both candidates and clients.

  • GDPR Compliance (EU & UK): We process personal data based on legitimate interest or explicit consent. Furthermore, individuals have the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of their data at any time.
  • CCPA/CPRA Compliance (USA): Additionally, we respect the rights of California residents regarding the “sale” or sharing of personal information. Aristo Search does not sell candidate data to third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Data Security: We utilize encrypted systems to store sensitive documentation. As a result, your professional history remains confidential and secure throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

2. Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)

Aristo Search is a staunch advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. Specifically, we provide recruitment services that are free from discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, disability, or sexual orientation.

Moreover, we advise our clients on best practices for inclusive hiring. By doing so, we ensure that every candidate is evaluated solely on their technical mastery, leadership potential, and cultural alignment.
